At the time of their creation, all of our plans are designed to conform to the prevailing code, but they do not meet all local climatic and geographical design criteria. National and local building codes vary with location and can change from year to year. Consequently, it may be necessary for you to meet with a local builder, architect or other construction professional to review your local building codes and make any changes to the plan the codes may require.
