Conceptual Design 1619 is an updated and larger version of The Thomasina house plan 1497. This simple modern farmhouse façade features board-and-batten siding and metal roof accents. A front porch with columns creates a welcoming entry for guests.

Inside, the four-bedroom floor plan is designed with family living in mind. The island kitchen enjoys an adjoining butler's pantry and a large walk-in pantry. A breakfast nook is available for quick and easy meals while a larger dining room serves family gatherings. The great room is open and visually expanded by a vaulted ceiling. A fireplace creates a focal point and built-in shelves offer space to display books and décor. Step outdoors to the spacious covered porch to enjoy nature.

Two bedrooms and an office/bedroom are on one side of the floor plan with two full bathrooms. The master suite is tucked away for privacy on the opposite side. The master bedroom is topped with a vaulted ceiling and the master bathroom features a double vanity, freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower. A large walk-in closet completes the master suite.
