  Love the open concept I prefer a kitchen with the sink on a exterior wall with 3 large, tall windows over the sink. Large island with storage on both ends for ?? wine bottles and cook books.. four bar stools min. I like the nook attached to the kitchen with the size to fix an 8 chair table. Formal dining is out. no one does that anymore. Keep the butler's pantry and large walk in this is my favorite element. The dining area can become a small pocket office. Things I find are trending more .. keep open concept, enough of a foyer to divide the space, nice large pantries. Laundry room with enough space for cabinets and sink.. preferable with a exterior door. Garage area large enough for work benches and storage outside refreg.

  Love this pan. It's great for mountain living and for viewing the scenery from the master bedroom and great room. The only thing I would change and I am tired of seeing in current floor plans are completely open kitchens. I am a cook and I don't like the idea that guests and friends can see my dirty pots and pans piled up on my kitchen counters from the great room. Alleviate this by building a partial half wall between the kitchen island and archway to the great room or develop another design where one can look out into the great room and cook at the same time without exposing a messy kitchen. Also, entrance from the laundry room into the master closet would be a convenient addition.

  I love all the modern farmhouse plans, especially this one! Perfect size but would love to see these with detached garage options.

  Beautiful floor plan with a huge walk-in pantry, butler pantry and 5 piece master bath! I love the covered porch that can be screened in! I prefer one eating area but that can be worked around. Great floor plan!

  I really like this house plan, but I am not a fan of master bedroom being off kitchen. I have seen countless plans with master off kitchen, and it’s always a deal breaker for me.
