Conceptual Design 1617 is an updated version of The Ashbry house plan 1506. This modern farmhouse façade features board-and-batten with metal roof accents.

Inside, the foyer opens to an adjoining dining room topped with a tray ceiling. The great room and island kitchen share a cathedral ceiling with decorative beams. A fireplace and built-in shelves grace the great room, and a rear porch extends living outdoors. In the kitchen, a window overlooks the backyard, and a pantry is nearby for storage.

The master suite is tucked away at the back of the home and features a stunning vaulted ceiling with beams and access to the rear porch. The master bathroom enjoys a double vanity, freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower while a massive walk-in closet is attached. Two additional bedrooms are across the floor plan with a shared bathroom.

From the two-car garage, find a mudroom with built-in seat and cubbies, a powder room, and a spacious utility room with an optional access doorway to the master closet. An optional bonus room and full bathroom are upstairs for a media room, guest suite, or future expansion.
