Conceptual Design 1573 is an updated version of The Courtney house plan 706. The gables and twin dormers are decorated with vertical boards while the rest of the home features a simple siding exterior. The garage doors offer a rustic element complemented by wooden columns and shutters. A slight arch creates a welcoming entry to the front porch.

The two-story foyer enjoys an art niche and a coat closet and powder room are convenient for guests. The great room lives large with a vaulted ceiling and clerestory windows to bring in natural light. A fireplace is available and the great room and dining room both open to a rear porch topped with skylights. The kitchen centers around a cook-top island and a pantry is nearby. From the garage entry, find a mud room with a built-in seat and storage and an adjoining utility room.

The master suite is on the first floor and offers every amenity, from a tray ceiling and linen closet to the walk-in shower and massive walk-in closet. A dual-sink vanity is ideal for couples and extra storage can be found at the entrance to the master suite. The second floor includes two spacious bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a double-sink vanity. An optional bonus room and bathroom provides space for a guest suite, craft/sewing room, gym, or home theater. The possibilities are endless to make use of this square footage either during the original construction phase or as a future expansion.
