Conceptual Design 1567 is an updated and larger version of The Larkspur house plan 715. The siding exterior is complemented by shutters and columns accent the generous front porch. The garage offers a third bay for an additional car, golf cart, or yard equipment.

Just inside the foyer entry, double doors open to a study/bedroom with built-in shelves. The great room features a coffered ceiling and a fireplace is at the center of the room with built-in shelves on either side. Double doors lead to a screened porch with a cathedral ceiling. The focal point of the kitchen is the large center island and a pantry is just around the corner for storage. A spacious dining room serves both causal and formal meals.

The primary master suite is crowned with a dramatic tray ceiling and enjoys a large walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom with a dual sink vanity and massive walk-in shower. A second master bedroom on the first floor provides a walk-in closet and full, private bathroom. An additional bathroom, utility room, and mud room bench with built-in storage completes the first floor.

Upstairs, find a bedroom, full bathroom, and an optional bonus room for a guest suite, media room, or future expansion.

I like this plan would like better if at least one of Masters were 17X14, kicking out the left master with doors to patio area would be great and placing windows so King or Queen Beds can fit in between with nightstand on each side is optimal. Flipping the kitchen to have sink under a window looking out a lot of my buyers look for this ! A door way added from the great room to Study/BDRM would be nice option as well could be barn slider type or pocket.

I like this. I am truly looking for house plans that have 2 master suites. I would like it if each master suite would include a small sitting alcove, etc. Is that already planned somewhere?

Hi Deanna! We don't have a plan designed that way but any of our designs can be modified.
