  I thought I liked the Camille with the front elevation of the Evertt for a narrow lot. But this plan has such potential. Here are my suggestions: 1. Open garage doors to the front of the house, eliminate storage and use Evertt for style of front. 2. Move kitchen sink to under the window for easier access from dishwasher to cabinets. Love your pantry space. 3. Eliminate the powder room and put the study/bedroom closet in that space and expand that front room space to where the old closet was. 4. Eliminate the sitting area in master (seems like wasted space) and master hall too long.Eliminate those double doors to bath! Can you place entrance door to bedroom at the back side of the fireplace toward the porch? This would add so much more usable space in the master/bed/bath/closet for a better over-all master suite. 5. Expand the back porch to length of the dinning room and add a fireplace on the porch. 6. No need for open space open to foyer. Note: great 2nd floor plan, love the bathrooms!!!

  Lovely plan. I would bring the garage/kitchen over to right a few feet so front of house could "breathe." (That portion of house should be slightly taller as well to balance the much taller gable to left.) This would allow the great room to line up with foyer, creating a wider entrance to master.

  Great job packing a lot of functionality into 2282 sq. ft. I'd like to see some hooks or lockers in the garage or maybe laundry room (bump out into garage) for hanging up coats.

  Very nice plan. I agree that the dining should be a bit larger. Also, the entry hall to the master suite seems like an after thought. Perhaps the master bath could be bumped outward to allow for a wider hall to the master. That would provide the left side of the house with an additive element.

  This plan has 5 bedrooms with possible 7 people living here and yet the dining room is not big enough for all to be seated at same time. I see this a lot not just in your plans.... women pick out house plans, and we like big dining rooms...
